Flow-on Process
The flow-on process is a method of producing fiber cement products, which uses high concentration slurry to lay
on the felt, and the slurry is subjected to vacuum filtration, dehydration, and extrusion molding for many times to
form a green sheet of the product.

Hatshek Process
The hatschek process is another method of producing fiber cement products. As the clean sieve is pulled under
the slurry in the vat(usually 3 – 5 vats) , water from the slurry runs through the sieve depositing a thin film on the
surface of the sieve, and the film lays continuously on the felt to become the green sheet.
