1. Confirm the center line of production line positioning

According to the design drawings, the main equipment of the production line is generally arranged along the longitudinal direction of the plant with the plant column as the reference point. The positioning points of fiber cement board and calcium silicate board production line are not randomly selected from the beginning or the end, and it is suggested that the selection point should be determined from the installation position of breast roll. Firstly, the installation of the breast roll is integrated with the main drive, and the installation requirements are the most stringent in the whole production line, especially for the production line with an area of 8 million m2, the main engine power can reach 90 kW, and the requirement for coaxiality of reducer inlet and outlet coupling is high. Secondly, after the whole production line is based on the breast roll, the front and rear alignment position is more convenient. The position adjustment of front headbox or mesh wheel is not as strict as that of breast roll. After the positioning of the breast roll, the back connecting machine is adjusted to meet the requirements of the plate making machine. The positioning dimensions of the center line of the last turning roll of the front headbox and the back connecting machine and the column of the workshop can only be used as the reference size for review. The positioning of the production line must be based on the positioning dimension of the breast roll.

According to the conventional installation method of building materials and equipment, after the center line of the production line is positioned, the solid foundation is embedded on the ground with V-shaped positioning block at appropriate places on the front and rear ground. And the fine steel wire line is pulled up until the final production line debugging is completed and the requirements are met. During the installation process, the fine steel wire can be temporarily removed according to the needs, but the positioning block must be ensured to be fixed, so as to check the pulling line again at any time.

2. Installation and positioning of longitudinal equipment

After the equipment is initially in place, it needs to be calibrated and adjusted before the secondary pouring. The datum is still based on the center of the breast roll. First, check the verticality of the center line of the breast roll and the axis of the production line by means of plumb wire (refer to the triangle equilateral positioning method commonly used in the installation). Similarly, the alignment between the key points and the center line should be emphatically checked forward, in order to be: the head mouth of the headbox (or the width after the mesh wheel is wrapped), the first turning roll, vacuum box, transmission roll on the plate making machine that can be checked by hanging wire. It is specially pointed out that the positioning of forming cylinder is also based on the breast roll. The calibration is divided into the requirements of parallelism with the center line axis of the breast roll (determined according to the distance required by the process), and the centring of the forming cylinder (i.e. the centering requirement pressed on the breast roll, which is guaranteed by the adjustment allowance of the equipment itself). After that, firstly check the perpendicularity requirements of the horizontal center line of the stacker and the production line center line, and the coincidence degree requirements of the blank suction position of the stacker and the longitudinal center line of the production line. In turn, verify the installation hole size of each foundation of the receiving machine, because the foundation size of the stacker is related to the ground track and the platform rail of the lifting platform, while the foundation of the receiving machine is relatively simple and easy to adjust. After positioning, check the alignment and perpendicularity requirements of the key position and the center line (refer to the triangle equilateral positioning method used in the installation) in turn, which are: the first turning roll and the rear turning roll of the receiving machine; the head and tail turning roll of the transition belt and the head and tail turning roll of the positioning belt; the neutral requirements of the cutter.

3 .Positioning of diagonal line of board

One of the most important parameters for the blank production line of fiber cement board and calcium silicate board is to ensure that the diagonal line of slab is ≤ 3mm. Before feeding, how to achieve the basic accuracy in the installation stage is a very important link. After the positioning belt is installed in place, use the hanging hammer to draw two simulated longitudinal cutting edge lines respectively with the edge of the head and tail roller as the symmetry point and the knife edge of the longitudinal cutter as the benchmark. Then manually start the trolley on the stacker slowly. When the trolley passes through the simulated two longitudinal sidelines under the transverse cutter of the trolley, make a mark and pull it with a fine line, so as to simulate the shape of the blank after cutting On this rectangle, we can simulate the diagonal error of the blank. The suction cup is controlled to drop at the billet suction station of the trolley, and the initial range of the opening of the suction cup is corresponding to ensure the blank suction after feeding. This process needs to be adjusted repeatedly, and it is often necessary to adjust the foundation of the stacker to meet the requirements of the longitudinal positioning of the production line.

This step is particularly important to ensure that the diagonal line of slab after feeding is basically accurate. The final diagonal error of slab still needs to be verified after actual slab feeding. If one by one is in place according to this step, the slab error after feeding is generally not large. If adjustment is required, the adjustment of equipment itself can be generally in place, and no rework is required to adjust the installation foundation or equipment Moving cutter position. It should be noted that the adjustment mode and principle are the same as this operation on two billets (5 million m2 production line) and 4 billets (8 million m2 production line) at one time, and only a few more thin wires for cutting slab can be simulated by pulling wire.

4 .Position check of stacker and stripper

After adjusting the position of the stacker in the fourth step, use the center suspension line of the suction cup at the blank suction station to verify that it coincides with the center line of the production line. Based on this, manually move the trolley and use the center line of other suction cups to check whether each station coincides with the center line of the ground track and the center line of the lifting platform table (the weight and degree requirements are not very high, basically coincide). In the same way, the size of each station of the stripping machine is checked in this way, and the opening range of Shanghai cotton at the blank suction station is checked in turn. In this way, the operation and production of slab from stacking to demoulding can be basically guaranteed.

5.Installation of other equipment

The installation of other equipment of the main equipment has little influence on the positioning size of the silicon calcium plate slab. The hydraulic lifting platform, oil brush machine and ferry car can be installed according to the general installation method of general building materials equipment.

6. Complete the secondary watering of the foundation

After the above installation steps, the secondary pouring can ensure that the installation size of the main equipment is basically accurate. However, the final size calibration also needs to determine the cutting size of the actual slab after feeding. Generally, there will be a small adjustment, and the adjustment amount can be made up by the adjustment allowance of the equipment itself, which will not affect the structure of the foundation or the equipment itself.
