5、设计和施工因素:施工工艺和质量也是决定接缝是否开裂的重要因素之一。由于轻钢龙骨连接处多用连接件连接,会产生应力集中,纤维水泥板在拼接时,也有应力集中的现象。纤维水泥板与龙骨固定时,自攻螺丝将纤维水泥板与龙骨紧密地结合在一起,如果连接不紧密、自攻螺钉攻入太深或松动、将板材边缘打破等,这些施工原因都会导致开裂。
